Tiramisu Mug Cake | The Beachbody Blog

Tiramisu is an indulgent, elegant dessert that’s definitely on our list of special occasion desserts.

But what if we told you that you can have tiramisu every single day of the week?

You can, thanks to this Tiramisu Mug Cake recipe with Café Latte Shakeology.

All you need is an egg, applesauce, Shakeology, mascarpone cheese, cocoa powder, a splash of rum extract for a little sass, and you’ve got a delicately divine mug cake.

Pro tip: To make this mug cake in an oven, preheat your oven to 375° F (190 °C) and bake for 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Tiramisu Mug Cake 

  • Nonstick cooking spray
  • 1
    large
    egg
  • ½
    cup / 120 g
    unsweetened applesauce
  • 1
    scoop
    Café Latte Shakeology 
  • 1
    tsp.
    unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ¼
    tsp.
    rum extract
  • 1
    Tbsp.
    mascarpone cheese
  1. Coat the inside of a microwave-safe mug with spray. 

  2. Add egg to mug; lightly beat with fork. Add applesauce, Shakeology, cocoa powder, and extract; stir until well incorporated.   

  3. Microwave on high for 2 to 3 minutes. Garnish with mascarpone cheese. Serve warm.
